Seven-Day Guarantee

This product carries a seven-day guarantee beginning from the delivery date. Subject to inspection and the published Guarantee Policy, it may cover:

Colour or plating defects;
Manufacturing defects;
Stone-setting defects; and
Breakage directly caused by a manufacturing defect.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, bending, pulling, exposure to water, sweat, perfume or chemicals, improper storage, misuse or unauthorized repair.

Lifetime 50% Exchange Benefit

This product is expressly eligible for the Lifetime 50% Exchange Programme, subject to the published terms.

Under the programme:

The original invoice or a verifiable photograph of it is compulsory;
The old product must be physically returned;
The product is subject to inspection;
The benefit may be used once for the eligible product;
Exchange value is calculated as 50% of the original invoiced product value after the applicable GST deduction;
A new product from the same category must be purchased;
The benefit is an adjustment against the new purchase—not a cash refund;
The customer pays any price difference; and
Transportation charges are borne by the customer.

Missing parts, deliberate damage, alteration, substitution or tampering may reduce or cancel eligibility. “Lifetime” applies for as long as Bombay Jewellery continues to operate the programme under its published terms and applicable law.

Hygiene, Damage and Returns

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or tried on may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. If the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, contact Bombay Jewellery within 48 hours of delivery and preserve the product, invoice, packaging and parcel-opening video. Any remedy remains subject to verification and the applicable Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
